Yoga for Menopause


and other hormonal emergencies

Hormone Yoga, developed by Dinah Rodriguez, is a very effective way to reduce unpleasant menopausal symptoms or make them vanish completely.  Hormone Yoga lifts your oestrogene level significantly and activates and balances your glands.

Thereby, you are getting rid of symptoms like night sweat, heat waves, insomnia, depressive moods,  anger or anxiety or crying attacks, apathy, joint pains, loss of sexual interest, dry vagina etc.  Also your weight, hair and skin can benefit.  After only a couple of days of continuous practice you start feeling the difference... Hormone yoga combines simple yoga postures, building up energy by breathing and focusing on where to send the energy. (Mostly to the ovaries and glands like thyroid or thymus.)   No prior yoga experience or sporty inclination are required.  Booking in advance is essential, because the room only holds ten horizontal people. The ongoing weekly open group is starting Wednesday, 25th of February, 7-8.30pm, Findhorn River Lodge, Newton of Dalvey.  8-10 pounds per session. Lifts may be organized.
